Zeta Sings the Blues - A Mental Health Initiative
The International Mental Health Initiative, “Zeta Sings the Blues,” is a capstone program established by Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated to increase awareness of mental health and fight stigmas associated with mental illness. International President Valerie Hollingsworth-Baker formed a team of mental health professionals to develop this new program to educate members of the sisterhood and the community. Although many individuals are impacted directly and indirectly by poor mental health, many suffer in silence. It is important to facilitate open dialogue, address misconceptions, and work to promote overall well-being. The program launched on September 1, 2019
